Namale Plantation was still producing copra (coconut) when we were there, and Tony Robbins was eager to show his guests how copra is harvested, and what can be done with the by-products.  The guy in the dirty white shirt was under contract to Tony to harvest the copra and process it for shipping to market.  The guy in the blue and white shirt is the Namale Plantation bartender...just along for the tour!  Bill Paterson is one of the guests, who was brave enough to get close to those sharp blades and try his hand at this tough work.
